The upcoming second season of Avatar: The Last Airbender finally brings Earthbender Toph to the scene, as evidenced in the first teaser trailer for the Netflix series.

Miya Cech is front and center in the new footage for the upcoming season as Toph, the fan-favorite Earthbender whose blindness enhances her bending ability. She joins stars Gordon Cormier, Kiawentiio and Ian Ousley as Aang, Katara and Sokka, respectively. The cast also includes Dallas Liu as Zuko, Elizabeth Yu as Azula, Momona Tamada as Ty Lee and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Uncle Iroh, with Maria Zhang as Suki and Daniel Dae Kim as Fire Lord Ozai.

Based on the iconic Nickelodeon animated action show, Avatar: The Last Airbender is set in a world in which certain people are born with the ability to “bend” elements in the Four Nations–the Fire Kingdom, the Earth Kingdom, the Water Tribes and the Air Nomads. Only one person is born with the power to bend all four elements, the Avatar. That person is a being who is reincarnated to protect the world and keep all four elements in balance.
